Returns Policy

To arrange a return of any product that you have ordered, please return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility for a refund:

1. Product(s) must be in the same condition as you received it.
2. Product(s) must be unopened and unused. Any opened pouches/packs cannot be accepted.

If your product(s) meet these requirements:

We may request photographic evidence to substantiate an issue.

We require you to send your items back in a box. If possible, please use the box that we originally used to send you your products. If returned items arrive damaged or crushed, Hankx will not be able to issue you a refund. Inside the package, please enclose a note stating:

1. Your name
2. Your order number
3. The date you are returning the product(s).
4. The items and quantity of each you are returning.
5. The reason(s) for your return.

When we receive your item, we will inspect it. Provided that the product(s) are in an acceptable condition, we will process a refund for you. The refund will be made to the method originally used to pay for the product(s). We will apply the refund within 24 hours of inspection. Be aware that payment providers may take several days for a refund to appear in your account. This is beyond our control and we ask that you monitor your original payment account for several days.

A Note About Returns and Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are orders that are processed in our systems automatically. If you wish to cancel or amend a subscription order, please give us at least 48 hours notice in order to effect the cancellation, otherwise your order may be shipped and we will not be able to issue a refund. If you receive an email confirming that your order has been processed then we may also not be able to halt the order.
